All waste disposal and recycling are done through the Studio in compliance with state and federal regulations.

1. Hazardous waste such as waste paint, oil, batteries and all other regulated waste is disposed of through our Paint Department (ext. 5396).
2. Non regulated solid waste removal including roll-off containers for set striking and 3 – yard containers that are emptied daily is disposed of through the Labor Department (ext. 5660 or 5661).
3. As a result of the Studio’s recycling program over 50% of the waste generated here each year is diverted and does not end up in a landfill site. Non regulated solid waste recycling is handled through the Labor Department and all regulated waste recycling is handled through the Paint Department.
