Production Services
Radford Studio Center offers a comprehensive range of services and equipment rentals—all onsite for seamless, turnkey productions. These include lighting, grip, expendables, audio-video equipment, sound engineering services, lift and transportation equipment, even a subway car system and gimbals.
Lighting
Onsite lighting equipment rentals are provided by Radford Studio Center with support from MBS Equipment Company.
Grip
Radford Studio Center’s Grip Department offers a full line of grip equipment for stage and location. Grip rigging crews are also available to you.
Expendables
Our onsite Expendables Shop is now open to clients anywhere in the area, and it offers a virtually unlimited inventory.
Audio Video
Our Audio/Video Department supplies production sound, RF and video equipment.
Production Sound
Radford Studio Center offers a variety of sound packages to meet a full range of audio requirements and budgets.
Paint Department
Our Paint Department experts offer incomparable skill in a variety of techniques, including specialties in hand painted textures and finishes.
Gimbals
Gimbals create large set movement for your mockup of a plane, boat or car. Our gimbal table is 7′ x 16′ and 44” high.
Subway Car
Our one-of-a-kind subway system can replicate a subway car, subway station and a train platform.
Transportation
Heavy equipment and vehicle rentals are located at the Colfax Gate and handled by our Transportation Department.
